DESIGNING
The creative direction for RevAir was guided by the need to visually convey innovation, energy, and professional haircare expertise. A bold, vibrant orange was chosen as the primary brand color to evoke vitality and warmth, paired with oversized, curved typography for a dynamic, modern feel. The packaging layout was kept clean and minimal, ensuring key information stood out while maintaining a premium look.
DEVELOPMENT
The design concept was translated into a cohesive packaging system for hair masks, with consistent branding across all touchpoints — from outer box to individual containers. Special attention was given to the interior of the box, adding a welcoming message and visual elements to create an immersive unboxing experience. The typography was optimized for legibility on curved surfaces, and the color palette was tested to maintain vibrancy in print production.

Worked closely with print suppliers, using Pantone matching and material testing to achieve uniform color consistency.
