Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Anny’s Design Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services and website. By engaging with Anny’s Design Studio (“Studio”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms.
1. Services
Anny’s Design Studio provides creative and digital services including, but not limited to:
Branding
Graphic Design
Web Design
Website Development
Social Media Design
AI Content Creation
Creative Consulting
The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
2. Project Process
Projects generally follow these stages:
Discovery & briefing
Research & strategy
Design & development
Revisions
Final delivery
Project timelines depend on project complexity, communication speed, and timely delivery of materials from the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
provide accurate project information
supply required materials and content on time
review work promptly
provide consolidated feedback
communicate respectfully and professionally
Delays caused by the Client may result in adjusted deadlines.
4. Payment Terms
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before final files, website launch, or transfer of ownership.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
paused work
delayed delivery
additional fees
The Studio reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.
5. Revisions
Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions, major redesigns, or requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.
6. Scope Changes
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope may result in:
additional charges
updated timelines
a revised agreement
The Studio is not obligated to perform additional work without approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership
Final approved deliverables become the Client’s property only after full payment has been received.
Portfolio Rights
Anny’s Design Studio retains the right to display completed work in:
portfolio presentations
social media
marketing materials
case studies
awards and publications
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source Files
Editable/source files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
8. AI Content Creation
The Studio may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative process for content generation, ideation, visuals, copywriting, or automation.
All AI-generated content is reviewed and curated by the Studio before delivery.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content before publication or commercial use.
9. Third-Party Assets
The Client is responsible for purchasing or licensing any required:
fonts
stock images
plugins
software
hosting services
domains
unless otherwise agreed.
The Studio is not responsible for third-party platform changes, outages, or licensing restrictions.
10. Website Development
For web design and development projects:
the Client is responsible for providing website content unless copywriting is included
timelines may vary depending on feedback and technical requirements
the Studio is not responsible for third-party hosting/server issues
post-launch edits or maintenance may require separate payment
11. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing.
In case of cancellation:
completed work must be paid for
deposits are non-refundable
partially completed work may be delivered at the Studio’s discretion
The Studio reserves the right to terminate a project in cases of:
abusive behavior
non-payment
repeated communication delays
violation of these Terms
12. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of Liability
Anny’s Design Studio shall not be liable for:
indirect or incidental damages
loss of revenue or profits
business interruption
third-party claims
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it without consent.
15. Communication
Official communication may occur through:
email
Telegram
WhatsApp
Slack
Notion
video calls
Response times may vary depending on timezone and business hours.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Studio operates.
17. Updates to Terms
Anny’s Design Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
